Saying Goodbye to 2014
There is about three weeks left in the year. Yes, less than a month. It is hard to believe that it is almost over. Have you thought back on the year and what really stands out? What are the goals that you accomplished? I doubt that too many people itemize these types of things and really over them with a fine tooth comb. Either way, it is the time of the year to finish all that holiday shopping and think about the new year and setting those goal all over again. Fortunately, there are small changes that you can make that will really make an impact. And, after all, it is those small changes that make the big difference in life. As far as what you should and shouldn't put in your body, go with more water, veggies, and stay away from the junk food and this means eating food that are not processed. One rule of thumb is to shop the perimeter of the grocery store. Things are in their specific places for a reason. Go for walks outside and really be there by looking at the nature around you and taking in all the sounds and smells. This means that you should also turn off those gadgets and phone services while walking. While you are thinking green, try using more natural products and staying away from chemicals.
